Know Your Customer — How We Verify and Protect Our Investors
What Is KYC?
KYC stands for Know Your Customer, which is a standard regulatory practice for licensed financial platforms to confirm and validate user identity.
Why It Matters
It prevents financial fraud, identity theft, money laundering, and illegal funding, securing our capital pools against hostile actors.

NAVIGATION
1. Legal Basis for KYC
KYC verification is a mandatory regulatory requirement for secure financial systems globally. StakeScribeMiner remains strictly committed to international laws, Swiss financial safety acts, and applicable AML/CFT (Counter-Financing of Terrorism) legislation.
2. Data Collected
We process government-issued identification cards, utility billing sheets, bank statements, and facial biometrics to establish legal authenticity of residency and address claims prior to permitting transaction activities.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your verification uploads are stored inside highly protected cold-storage data nodes under aes-256 encryption rules. Access to these records is strictly isolated to compliance specialists, and files are never shared with external agencies except where mandated by local warrants.
4. Document Retention
In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, KYC verification records are securely preserved for a minimal duration of 5 years following total portfolio and account closure, after which they are permanently destroyed.
5. Rejection & Re-Submission
If uploaded files contain expired information, blurred edges, or mismatched addresses, the application is rejected. An email detailing the reason is dispatched immediately, enabling corrected uploads. Repeated fraudulent submissions can result in profile freeze.
6. Right to Refuse
StakeScribeMiner reserves the sole authority to deny service or restrict credentials to any applicant who fails identity audits, provides forged documentation, or is identified as a high-risk or politically exposed person under legal protocols.
