REGULATORY CORE
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
Read how our quantitative systems and compliance audits prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and illicit asset velocity.
1. Anti-Money Laundering Commitment
StakeScribeMiner maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy against money laundering, drug-trafficking funding, and illicit capital velocity. We participate in automated and manual tracking protocols to comply fully with international Financial Action Task Force (FATF) suggestions and Swiss AMLA frameworks.
2. Suspicious Velocity & Monitoring
Our quantitative ledger systems continuously analyze deposit originators, strange withdrawal volume bursts, and rapid fund velocity. Transactions showing abnormal patterns, unverified blockchain receipts, or mismatched wallet identities are flagged instantly for manual audit by our compliance desk.
3. Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR)
When suspicious activities are detected, our legal department acts in accordance with international guidelines. We submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to the Money Laundering Reporting Office Switzerland (MROS) and work closely with international law enforcement desks to lock and secure illicit assets.
4. Staff Training & Auditing Protocols
Our compliance officers, client success managers, and ledger administrators undergo continuous training on AML red flags, asset tracing, blockchain analytics, and compliance standards. Independent third-party security audits are executed annually to verify the resilience of our internal ledger systems.
